Soft drain pipes are usually supported by rust-proof spring coils to form a highly pressure-resistant soft structure. The interior is equipped with a cloth lining filter to prevent mud and sand impurities from entering the pipe to achieve the purpose of net water seepage. The outside of the pipe is wrapped with a polyester silk coating, which has good water absorption and can quickly collect excess water in the soil. At the same time, the rubber tendons make the pipe wall coating tightly combined with the spring coil body to ensure that the pipeline has a full range of water permeability.
The outer layer of soft drain pipes is mainly made of PVC, PE, and PP. Among them, soft drain pipes made of PVC have excellent flexibility and corrosion resistance and a long service life. Soft drain pipes made of PE have good toughness and elasticity and can withstand most chemical liquids and gases. Soft drain pipes made of PP have the characteristics of high temperature resistance, pressure resistance, penetration resistance, and good barrier properties, and are suitable for harsher working environments.
