Railway rubber water stop belt and water stop rubber system with natural rubber and various synthetic rubber as the main raw materials, widely used in concrete pouring.
Railway rubber water stop belt and sealing rubber system with natural rubber and various synthetic rubber as the main raw materials, mixed with various additives and filling materials, plastic refining, mixing, pressing molding, its variety specifications are more, there are bridge, mountain, P, U, Z, B, T, H, E, Q and so on. According to the use, it can be classified into buried rubber water stop belt and back-attached rubber water stop belt. The sealing material has good elasticity, wear resistance, aging resistance and tear resistance, strong adaptability to deformation, good waterproof performance, and the temperature range is -45℃-+60℃.
✦Installation of rubber water stop belt
The rubber water stop belt needs to take reliable fixing measures when binding steel bars and supports. Prevent displacement when pouring concrete and ensure the correct position of the water stop belt in the concrete. Only holes can be perforated on the allowable part of the water stop belt, for the fixed water stop belt. The effective waterproof part of the water stop belt shall not be damaged.
The commonly used fixing methods of rubber water stop belts are: the use of additional reinforcement; Clamping fixture fixed; Fixed with lead wire and template, etc. No matter what kind of fixing method is used, the fixing method of the water stop belt should be carried out according to the construction specifications of the design requirements, and it is necessary to ensure the accurate positioning of the water stop belt, not to damage the effective waterproof part of the water stop belt, and to facilitate the concrete pouring and ramming.

This product flyer is intended for reference purposes. It should not be used in place of the advice from a licensed Professional Engineer. Nominal pressure (PN) is based on C = 1,25 and an operating temperature of 20°C. Weight is calculated using DN and Minimum wall plus 6% for use in estimating fluid flow. Actual ID will vary. When designing components to fit the pipe ID, refer to pipe dimensions and tolerances in the applicable pipe manufacturing specification. To obtain pressure in psi, multiply bar by 14.5 (1 bar ≈ 14.5 psi). Additional information is available at www.bingopipes.com.
Other specifications have not been shown on our dimension chart, please CONTACT US for more information
