Smooth HDPE geomembrane, also known as smooth geomembrane, is a widely used waterproof barrier geosynthetic material with high molecular polymer as the basic raw material. Smooth geomembrane uses high-quality virgin high-density polyethylene (HDPE) as the anti-seepage base material. During the production process, a special formula is used to add a certain amount of carbon black, antioxidants, anti-aging agents, UV absorbers and masterbatches and other auxiliary materials. It is made in batches using highly automated geomembrane equipment through three-layer co-extrusion blow molding technology.
The production process of smooth HDPE geomembrane mainly includes raw material selection, melt extrusion, blow molding, cooling and shaping, and traction curling. High-quality raw materials are the basis for producing high-quality geomembranes, and advanced production processes ensure the stability and consistency of the products.

Performance: The surface of smooth HDPE geomembrane is smooth and has a small friction coefficient, so it is easy to move and unfold during use. Due to its smooth surface, it is not easy to attach debris, so it has good water permeability. The friction coefficient of rough geomembrane is large, it is not easy to move and unfold, and it is suitable for occasions where friction needs to be increased. Its surface is rough, it is easy to attach debris, and its water permeability is relatively poor.
